Classes & Sessions

All class and session bookings are subject to availability. Pricing displayed on this site is in Indian Rupees (₹) and may be revised from time to time; the price confirmed at the time of booking will apply.

Medical Yoga Therapy

Medical Yoga Therapy is a complementary practice and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult your physician before beginning any yoga therapy programme, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, injury, or are pregnant.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

Assumption of Risk

Yoga and physical training involve inherent risk. By participating in classes, you acknowledge that you are practising at your own risk and will inform your instructor of any relevant health conditions.
