Dynamic Practice
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Traditional breath-linked practice trained in Mysore — the birthplace of Ashtanga. Discipline, strength, and internal awareness.
200-hr Mysore Training
Rajat trained directly at the source of the tradition. Classical grounding shapes everything he teaches.
Classical lineage
Breath-Movement Sync
Every movement is linked to an inhale or exhale — building internal heat, focus, and a moving meditation.
Progressive Learning
Sequential practice — students learn postures step by step, building strength and flexibility progressively.
Strength & Flexibility
The primary series builds upper-body and core strength alongside deep hip and hamstring flexibility.
Discipline & Consistency
Ashtanga asks something of you. Regular practice builds mental discipline and a deepening body relationship.
Internal Awareness
Drishti, bandha, and breath — the three pillars of internal practice taught from the beginning.

"The progress I made under Rajat's guidance with Ashtanga primary series in just seven sessions was amazing. Very pleasant to communicate with, easy to schedule and very reliable."

FAQ
Common questions
Do I need any prior experience to join? ▾
No experience needed. Rajat teaches complete beginners regularly and structures every session around where you are, not where you should be.
I have back/neck/knee pain. Can I still do yoga? ▾
Yes — this is exactly what Medical Yoga Therapy is for. Rajat will first assess your condition and then build a protocol specifically around your pain and its causes. Many students with serious conditions have found significant relief.
What is the difference between online and in-person classes? ▾
The quality of teaching is identical. Rajat watches your form carefully on video and gives real-time corrections. In-person sessions (Delhi) allow hands-on adjustments, which is especially useful for therapy work.
How many sessions before I see results? ▾
Students typically notice changes in flexibility, awareness, and energy within 4–6 sessions. For medical therapy goals, meaningful relief usually comes within 8–12 targeted sessions. Long-term transformation comes with consistent practice over months.
I'm 50+ and haven't exercised in years. Is this suitable for me? ▾
Absolutely. Several of Rajat's most dedicated students are women in their 50s and 60s who began with no prior fitness background. The approach is progressive, safe, and entirely adapted to age and ability.
Do I need any equipment or a yoga mat? ▾
A yoga mat is recommended. For strength training, resistance bands are useful but not essential — Rajat can design effective programmes using only bodyweight. All other props are provided in the studio or guided for home use.
What is the trial class? ▾
A free single session where Rajat assesses your body, understands your goals, and gives you a genuine experience of his teaching. No pressure, no commitment. Just message on WhatsApp to book.
