A practitioner first.
A teacher by calling.
Practising yoga since 2004. Teaching since 2012. A life built on the mat.
Twenty years of practice.
Rajat Dua's journey with yoga began in 2004, at the age of 15 — not as exercise, but as genuine inquiry. Over two decades it deepened into formal mastery: a Diploma from Kaivalyadhama Institute, a Master's in Yoga Education from K.J. Somaiya University Mumbai, a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training in Mysore, and advanced Medical Yoga Therapy certification.
Beyond formal study, Rajat's personal practice includes multiple Vipassana meditation retreats — extended periods of silence that have deeply informed how he teaches meditation and pranayama. He has taught at SNDT Women's College Churchgate Mumbai, conducted corporate sessions for VIP Bags and Mastercard India, and led wellness sessions at the India Heals conference, Taj Santacruz Mumbai (SEPC, Dec 2018).
